You can order as many items as you want and you’ll never pay more than the flat rate for shipping.

How much are the shipping costs?

We use flat shipping rate of $4.99 for shipping within US and $12.99 for international shipping.

Attention: Time to received goods = Production Time + Delivery Time

Depending on the product, the production time will vary depending on the complexity of the product. With normal products, the production time is about 1 – 5 days.

Delivery times for most products are estimated as follows:

  • In the US: 6 – 9 business days
  • Other countries: 10 – 15 business days

Shipping costs vary based on the shipping destination. You can calculate your exact shipping charges by proceeding to checkout and entering your mailing address. The shipping cost will be updated and displayed in your total costs.

HOW TO TRACK THE ORDER? 

Once the order is shipped, we will send an email notification with the tracking number and link to check the latest status of the order.

CAN THE ORDER BE DELIVERED TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES? 

We do not offer shipment to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because:

  • If there is incorrect or missing information that we can detect on our end, we may be required to contact you for an update on the delivery information, which can cause delays in delivering your order.
  • We are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address or returned to the sender. The returned orders will be donated to charities and will not be returned to our warehouse. Before reaching out to our customer support, please check your given shipping address first.
  • For orders returned due to an incorrect address provided, we request a re-shipping fee to resend your order.
  • If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.

Please enter the correct email address and check it regularly when placing your order. The shipping information for the order will be sent to your email to avoid the fact that we cannot contact you, causing the delivery time to be delayed.
